Laid-back private detective Mok Jok Dung (Dayo Wong) couldn't hold his own in a fight if his life depended on it, but what he lacks in physical prowess, he more than makes up for with his quick mind. Using his unusual methods and unconventional reasoning, Mok solves many odd and difficult cases that stump even the police. In his investigations, he keeps running into brassy, but kind-hearted insurance agent Wai Wai (Ada Choi). Though they get off to a bad start, the two begin to fall in love, but neither wants to admit their feelings to each other.
