Private detective Calvin was hired by Miss Hwang to descredit the political career of Ms. Kwai Fung Ming. The job wast to videotape Ms. Kwai and Miss Hwang in compromising positions. What started out in surveillance becomes voyeuristic for Calvin. He eventually develops feeling for Ms. Kwai and soon discovers he is an unwilling accomplice to Mr. Law, an eminent political adversary of Ms. Kwai. Calvin is compelled to assist Ms. Kwai and save her career by lauching a counter-attack on Mr. Law by putting him on surveillance. What they found out was unexpected.
