In this suspense thriller,Chinese-American Wu and his friend Paul are accused of killing 25 women in the United States. Wu gets off by blaming all the guilt on Paul. The law fails to nail him but the judge permanently expels Wu from the U.S. He returns to Hong Kong and rejoins his old friend Ah Man.
