A Dying man is leaving behind him a no good son, a very good daughter, a scheming nephew, a vast fortune and a will which bequeaths everything to the daughter. So the scheming nephew gets Tricky Star to steal the will in order to alter it. The son is not idle either. He finds Phoenix, a garbage collector, to pose as the absent daughter who looks the same as Phoenix. Phoenix flies into Hong Kong and gets into the house in great pomp.
